The Mariangela Prunotto farm uses artisanal methods to process the balsamic vinegar of Modena to make this balsamic vinegar jelly, a true delight for those passionate about the absolute classics of Italian cuisine.

This jelly, which has a dark colour due to the balsamic vinegar, has the typical aroma of the vinegar with a softer and sweeter flavour. At first, this jelly seems sweet, but once it dissolves in your mouth it gives off the typical aroma of aged balsamic vinegar, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Perfect with cheese, especially with aged parmigiano, but also with ricotta. You can also use in more imaginative combinations such as with yogurt, gelato or grilled fish.
