The Roi Cream Artichoke is a sauce for food lovers! Ready to be spread on a simple slice of bread, it will add colour to every vegetable dish, together with the fully flavour of the best artichokes! Not even Zeus was able to resist such goodness: the scientific name for artichokes is in fact Cynara, like the splendid yet shy nymph who was transformed into a plant by the rejected god.

If you are passionate about the Cream of Artichoke from Roi don't miss the value pack available from Dispensa di Eataly!

Manufacturer History

Roi is the true Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil famous throughout the world. The Taggiasca cultivar is grown on the terraced hillsides of the Imperia province. The heart of the cultivar is the Argentina valley which begins in Arma di Taggia and passes through Badalucco. It is here that four generations of the Boeri family have produced this oil with its subtle but complex aromas, fruity and delicate on the palate. Over the passage of time, Roi has gone further, offering a large selection of delicious preserves and beauty products that make the most of the benefits of olive oil.
