This is the result of the durum wheat semolina, the eggs obtained from selected farms and the high quality variety of Mais OttoFile. This is a particular type of maize that was once cultivated in Piedmont, and Antignano has started to produce it again.

This attention to the ingredients, together with the stone milling, makes it possible obtain very fine tajarin, which help you discover the full natural flavour of the ingredients used every time you eat them.

Serve them together with a meat sauce or with butter and sage to fully appreciate the flavour of this pasta.

Manufacturer History

The Antignano cooperative only selects food products produced by its partners. Every product is created with maximum attention to the ingredients and to the packaging. One of its flagship products is the Otto File di Antignano maize flour used to make tajarin and paste di meliga (cornmeal biscuits). Also not to be missed are the cherries in Barolo Chinato, but we have to confess that when they are used in sauces, for example for duck, or together with a slice of good bread, we can't stop ourselves. Finally, we have to mention cugnà, a typical product of the Langhe hills and Monferrato, which is exceptional with cheese.
