Fraietta, based in Badolato in the southern Italian province of Cosenza, is a maker of fine pastry biscuits using ingredients of the highest quality. Butter and fresh eggs, locally produced almonds and hazelnuts, Bronte pistachios and organically grown cereals. This is the starting point for the production of handmade panettone and pandoro in strict compliance with artisanal tradition, delicious biscuits for the perfect breakfast or special mid-morning treat or after-dinner sweet, and a range of traditional Calabrian desserts.
