The Olive and Caper Paté from La Nicchia is made using the best capers from Pantelleria and high quality black olives.

Flavourful and creamy, it is an exceptional way for adding some zest to all your dishes, from appetisers to meat or fish courses and even grilled vegetables.

Try it on warm crispbread, use it on pasta with the addition of fresh tomatoes and pine nuts, or use it on a traditional swordfish steak, even with a few fresh cherry tomatoes.

La Nicchia is an emblem of the tradition of preparing capers in Pantelleria: Bonomo & Giglio started their business in 1949. Today, they are the only company on the island that is at the same time an agricultural company, caper producer and artisan laboratory, making conserves that come from a culture that is aware and respectful of its land and its times.
