The Paccheri from Pastaio di Gragnano are prepared using carefully selected wheat semolina, which is then slowly mixed with non-calcic water, extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried for up to 48 hours. In Gragnano, the fresh air of the Vesuvio meets the breeze of the Gulf of Sorrento, creating a climatic harmony that is particularly favourable for making pasta. Thanks to their coarse texture, the Paccheri exalt any type of condiment, gently capturing your salsas and sauces.

This remarkable pasta is created out of the original union between the ancient artisan pasta factory of Gragnano and Teo Musso, the mythical inventor of the Baladin beer who, after twenty or so years spent in studying only beer, decided to dedicate himself to the production and distribution of another derivative of wheat, the most basic one for all Italians, which is pasta. This is how the magnificent artisan pasta of Gragnano started, extruded through a bronze die and slowly dried at a low temperature in static cells. Your mouth will appreciate the full flavour of the durum wheat with its virtuous acidity and the pleasantness of eating a real type of pasta...that tastes like pasta. Teo offers you the most typical types of Gragnano pasta, such as the vesuvio, paccheri, fusilli with a hole, spaghettoni and the special long pasta.
