The nectarine peaches in syrup are grown in the orchards of the Mariangela Prunotto farm in Alba.

The nectarine peaches, picked when ripe, are processed within a few hours of collection and conserved in a syrup made with cane sugar, which is also delicious to drink.

Try them as a delicious desert after a meal, perhaps in a bowl of gelato alla crema. Try them after briefly sautéing them with some thyme leaves or, if you love more spicy flavours, a pinch of cinnamon and powdered cloves: you will obtain a refined and elegant desert.

Manufacturer History

Integrated farming and natural artisanal processing of fruit and vegetables: two long-standing guarantees of top quality products. At Alba in the heart of the Langhe district, Prunotto Mariangela farm transforms part of its fresh fruit and vegetables into fruits in syrup with wine or grappa, conserves and 'extra jam' with strictly cane sugar or unsweetened. The product is processed in accordance with artisanal methods to make an authentic product steeped in the flavour of tradition.
