Slow mixed with non-calcic water, this type of pasta is a fundamental ingredient in many Italian pasta dishes. Select a good fresh tomato, a bit of basil, extra virgin olive oil and some salt, and use together with the spaghettoni cooked al dente: the national tradition is ready to be served!

This remarkable pasta is created out of the original union between the ancient artisan pasta factory of Gragnano and Teo Musso, the mythical inventor of the Baladin beer who, after twenty or so years spent in studying only beer, decided to dedicate himself to the production and distribution of another derivative of wheat, the most basic one for all Italians, which is pasta. This is how the magnificent artisan pasta of Gragnano started, extruded through a bronze die and slowly dried at a low temperature in static cells. Your mouth will appreciate the full flavour of the durum wheat with its virtuous acidity and the pleasantness of eating a real type of pasta...that tastes like pasta. Teo offers you the most typical types of Gragnano pasta, such as the vesuvio, paccheri, fusilli with a hole, spaghettoni and the special long pasta.
