Tagliatelle: a delight for pasta lovers! But Antignano knows how to make them even more special thanks to the use of high quality taggiasca olives during preparation, which, with their unmistakable flavour, make this highly appreciated type of pasta truly original. Produced using durum wheat semolina and eggs taken from selected farms, the tagliatelle are carefully prepared. They use the bronze die extrusion method, followed by slow drying, always at a low temperature.

Manufacturer History

Cooperativa Antignano selects food products made exclusively by the cooperative society members. Every product is created with maximum attention to the ingredients and to the packaging. One of its flagship products is the Mais OttoFile from Antignano used to make tajarin and paste di meliga (cornmeal biscuits). Also not to be missed are the cherries in Barolo Chinato, but we have to confess that when they are used in sauces, for example for duck, or together with a slice of good bread, we can't stop ourselves. Finally, we have to mention cugnà, a typical product of the Langhe hills and Monferrato, which is exceptional with cheese.
