The olive-producing tradition of the San Giuliano business started with the great passion of the Manca family back in 1916 and has evolved into what it is today. In 1975, Domenico Manca decided to create a modern production facility with a low environmental impact. Notwithstanding this, nothing has really changed in the nearly 100 years of history of San Giuliano oil, there's just the continued passion for quality and the love of Sardinia, its sea and the fruits of its earth. The result of this combination of progress and tradition is in the quality oils with their excellent nutrient and organoleptic characteristics that follows a carefully controlled process from cultivation to bottling.
