The Wild Boar with Olives, also known with its original name Cinghiale in Salmì, is made using 90% wild boar, extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomato pulp, onions, black olives, garlic, sage, rosemary, black bitter chocolate, salt, bay leaf, red wine and pepper. Try this wild boar alone, or together with polenta, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
