Apple Vinegar

Theapple vinegar from Cascina Rosa is only made with good quality, whole apples, harvested at just the right point of maturity and coming from organic producers. It is not filtered or pasteurised.

The vinegar is therefore mild, aromatic and sometimes slightly cloudy due to the presence of vinegar bacteria, a true sign of quality. Thanks to the presence of these bacteria in fact, the apple vinegar should be considered a precious ally for our health as well as an excellent condiment.

Try it on salads or mild marinades or, to make use of its detoxifying qualities, dilute one spoonful in water and drink this in the morning.
