Condimento Fave E Cicorie

Typical of the rich and flavourful Apulian traditional cookery, Condimento di Fave e Cicorie is made with broad beans, with optimal properties, and chicory, a vegetable with a unique flavour. Excellent when reheated, this condiment is perfect when combined with meat, pulses and rice dishes, and is perfect when enjoyed on slices of toasted rustic bread. It is also delicious as a condiment for orecchiette.
