The Crushed Tomatoes with Garden Vegetable Sauce by Mariangela Prunotto is made only using tomatoes and vegetables originating from certified organic farming.

Made with tomatoes, onion, carrots, celery, basil and a pinch of salt, the ingredients are processed within 48 hours of being collected in order to keep the full aroma and flavour of the fruit unaltered.

Use it after heating it up with a medium flame and add a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. It can be used on pasta but also on bruschette and in all recipes where you want a flavourful tomato sauce.

Manufacturer History

Integrated farming and natural and artisan transformation of the fruit and vegetables: for years these have been two guarantees of a high quality product. In Alba, in the heart of Langa, the Prunotto Mariangela farm transforms a part of its fresh fruit and vegetables into fruits in syrup with wine or grappa, conserves and extra jam with and without cane sugar. The product is processed in accordance with artisanal methods to make an authentic product steeped in the flavour of tradition.
