In 1965 Franco Vicenzi founded the firm that was to carry the name of these exquisitely soft confections throughout the length and breadth of Italy and the rest of the world in Mombaruzzo, a town nestled in the hills overlooking Asti, home to Italy's most beloved macaroons. With his long experience as a confectioner, from that time on Franco Vicenzi specialised in the production of macaroons, crafted to the very highest quality standards. It's no chance that Vicenzi, which guards the flame of passion from times past, has received a large number of national and international awards over the years.
