Soft wheat flour type 00, whole fresh egg, sugar, butter, chocolate drops 12% (cocoa mass less than 50%, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sourdough, powdered milk, salt, cocoa butter, powdered Bourbon vanilla berry, natural flavors. Powdered sugar sachet (50 gr.): Sugar, wheat starch, aromas. It may contain traces of other dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts).

Manufacturer History

The Locanda La Posta has been in existence since the beginning of the 17th century. In 1804, Mr Vassalli, an Italian abbot and very important scientist, came to Cavour with the new instrument he had invented to measure the height of the Rocca hill, which is very close to the Locanda. During the centuries, the Genovesio family has given hospitaliy to many famous characters from the field of politics, economics and entertainment. Recipes and secrets are passed down from generation to generation to preserve the ancient tastes.
