This is a reinterpretation of the classic Tourinot Giandujotto now with an even more intense flavour. The production process is performed in compliance with the oldest recipe available, which is made without milk and so allows the emergence of the intense flavour of carefully selected cocoa and the milder taste of delicious Piedmont IGP hazelnuts. Eataly has chosen Tourinot Maximo because this chocolate is not simply scrumptious, it's also healthy for all because it's completely gluten-free.
