Not your usual tagliatelle, but the amazingly flavoured variety that Antignano created by marrying Piedmontese tradition with the best Taggiasca olives. The colour and unmistakable flavour of these olives shine through in the dough, which offers a reinterptration of an artisanal pasta shape loved in Italy and throughout the world. This tagliatelle is made using quality durum wheat semolina and eggs from selected farms, and then subjected to careful processing techniques. The pasta is extruded through bronze dies and left to dry slowly at a low temperature. Concentrated flavour in a truly handy value pack.

Manufacturer History

The Antignano cooperative only selects food products produced by its partners. Every product is created with maximum attention to the ingredients and packaging alike. One of its flagship products is the Mais OttoFile from Antignano used to make tajarin and paste di meliga (cornmeal biscuits). Must-try products include the cooperative's cherries in Barolo Chinato, but we have to confess that we simply couldn't resist the sauces, especially the duck version, which is delicious even if eaten with nothing more than a crust of freshly baked bread. Finally, we invite you to check out the cugnà, a speciality of the Langhe and Monferrato districts, which is simply irresistible with cheeses.
