A selection of 100% Barolo grapes, organically grown and matured for three years in large Slavonian oak barrels, go into the making of this highly-lauded red wine. Featuring a classic garnet colouring, it diffuses ample suggestions of floral and fruity notes with liquorice and mint, and on the palate awakens a harmonious and finely balanced taste: vivacious and generously tannic, with an imposing structure. At its best when accompanying roasts, braised meats and game, and with well-matured cheeses. Also shines in duets with chocolate-based desserts, sweet pastries and marrons glacés.

Alcohol 13.5-14.5% vol.
