A beer named after the Bruton brewery, a homage to the Belgian Ale style, pale in colour and delightfully drinkable.

A simple, pleasurable and amiable beer: a subtly cloudy straw-yellow, with camomile and geranium scents. A grassy herbal taste, with distant minty highlights. Alcohol 5.5% vol.

An uncomplicated beer, delicious with summertime nibbles or with a convivial pizza all year round.

Manufacturer History

Thousands of years ago, Bruton was the name for beer in the Minoan civilisation in Crete. Hence the decision of the Bruton brewery – founded in the province of Lucca in Tuscany in 2006 – to use a stylised bull's head on its labels, evoking the mythological symbol of the Cretan Minotaur. Bruton's beers, however, are actually inspired by the Belgian Beer Tradition, with some concessions made to the higher hop content favoured by English and American beers.
