The Chianchette from Agricola del Sole are made with remilled durum wheat semolina and wild fennel from Murgia. These are a genuine snack that are original due to the ingredients and their shape: inspired by the 'Chianche', which are the flat stones used for building dry stone walls, which a typical part of the Murgian landscape, they recall their features, helping to spread the culture and the flavour of Puglia in a tempting and simple product.
