Dorobianco is Fulvia Tombolini's interpretation of the Passerina grape. This variety is native to The Marches region and is notable for the freshness and acidity of its grapes, and its delicate wines... excellent blended with other grapes in various white mixes, but also highly satisfying alone.

This is a fresh and pleasant white wine that stands out due to its light yellow colour and peach, apricot and pineapple aromas, with finishing notes of mango and exotic fruit, sensations that provide a pleasant balance between freshness and acidity. Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Its vocation is for accompanying fish dishes and traditional recipes from The Marches, but Dorobianco also makes an enchanting aperitif.
