Manufacturer History
Cascina Rosa is a small-scale farming enterprise in one of the smallest of the Alpine valleys, the richly wooded Grana Valley in Piedmont, where the Madernassa pear originated from. Ever since 1987, Cascina Rosa has been producing fruit and vegetable preserves, fruit juices and many other delicacies organically in the same nineteenth century farmhouse. The processing of the ingredients is done with a sense of commitment, based on a love of the land and respect for the environment.
