A deep pink liquid, well defined glimpses of strawberry and wild berry scents. Refreshingly penetrating and mineral on the tongue, while also offering velvety sensations of unexpected pleasure. Sheer dynamism. Light maceration, drawing off the must and refrigeration. Slow fermentation (prize de mousse) in closed tanks.
