HAZELNUT FILLING: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), hazelnut paste from Piedmont P.G.I. nuts (40%) COFFEE FILLING: fine milk chocolate (see above), hazelnut paste from Piedmont P.G.I. nuts (37%), coffee (7.5%). AMARETTO FILLING: fine milk chocolate (see above), amaretto paste (39.5%) (sweet almonds, bitter almonds, sugar, flavourings), amaretto (1%) (sugar, apricot kernels, egg white), bitter almond flavouring (0.3%). DARK CHOCOLATE: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Contains min. 45.5% cocoa solids. Manufacturer History

Barbero has been a synonym of nougat since 1883. That was the year when the history of Torroneria di Barbero, the famous Asti nougat maker, began to unfold in Mombercelli. Today as in the past the nougat bars are made exclusively with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts selected by hand, sugar, extra-dark chocolate and selected honey. Torroneria Barbero has kept alive the historic flame of traditional artisanal practices, the original recipes and... the passion!
