Manufacturer History
They say that "Sardinia is filled with the perfume of Myrtle!" and it's true, from May until August myrtle trees are in blossom and emanate an intense aromatic perfume. Myrtle berries are small, hard and pulpy, brownish-violet in colour and bitterly aromatic to taste. They mature from late November to January, and are used above all to produce the famous Sardinian myrtle liqueur: a highly particular and unmistakable taste, austere, complex and profound. An excellent digestive liqueur.
