The Ö Magazín Pesto from Niasca Portofino is one of the most authentic flavours of the Ligurian tradition. This unique product is the result of a careful preparation that keeps the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients unaltered .

Pesto is in fact rich in vitamins, proteins, fibres, antioxidants and enzymes beneficial to our digestion. Although it is not pastorised, it has a shelf life of two years, and is made according to the recipe of Emilia and Simona Mussini, expert restaurateurs in Portofino.

Try it on your favourite pasta or according to the traditional Ligurian recipe: mix it with linguine and then add boiled haricots and potatoes, cut into cubes.

The Niasca Portofino project has the purposes of recovering the traditions of the region and the flavours that accompany it. The resulting offering makes it possible to rediscover the true flavour of Liguria and the products that have always characterised it, through a process of requalification of the land that has been abandoned for too long in order to relaunch the local economy. These goals will be reached through various initiatives targeted towards valorising and communicating a territory that is unique due to the beauty and variety of it ingredients, skilfully processed in order to offer the elegant andgenuine products that will make every meal special.
