With this graceful spumante, Monte Rossa has come up with a wine that has a smooth, silky and enveloping personality. And an intriguing name: Sansevé is a Gaelic word meaning health, while Satèn is a term registered by the Franciacorta Wine Consortium in defining a production procedure with extremely strict and precise rules. Two of the most important limitations regard the exclusive use of Chardonnay grapes and the aging process, which must last for a minimum of two years. Straw-yellow in colour, it offers generous frothiness and an extra-fine perlage. On the nose it releases floral and tropical perfumes, blended with typical Chardonnay fragrances. A sparkling display of elegance enclosed in a captivating pack.
