The climate and soil of Friuli Venezia Giulia produce this pure Sauvignon.

From its typical yellow colouring with golden highlights, it unfolds floral and fruity sensations, with a bouquet that evokes tropical fruit, elderflower, citrus fruits and sage. It will surprise your palate with its excellent balance and elegant smoothness. Alcohol 13.5% vol.

This sauvignon is ideal with starters, omelettes and fish courses, and always brings out its best in the presence of any dish involving substantial amounts of either tomato or asparagus.

Manufacturer History

The Zamò family have a long history as wine-lovers. In 1924 Luigi Zamò – father of Tullio, grandfather of Pierluigi and Stefano – opened a restaurant in Manzano in the Province of Udine. This was followed by the purchase of vineyards in areas which have traditionally produced the best Friulian wines. Nearly a century later, having won numerous awards and widespread esteem, the company can show off its innovative aspect in its impressive new underground cellar facilities, but its vocation for traditional goodness remains the same.
