The tagliolini with truffle can boast an exceptional record: they are in fact the first pasta with truffle every produced, thanks to which Tartuflanghe has obtained numerous awards and recognitions.

When tasted, this artisan pasta will surprise you with the prominent flavour of truffle, which is present in a rather high percentage, with its unmistakable texture deriving from the process of extrusion through bronze dies and with its full flavour, due to the large number of eggs that are used.

Serve them with a bit of oil or melted butter in order to fully appreciate the intensity of the flavour.
