Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required in order to cancel for a full refund and a minimum of 7 days’ notice in order to receive a credit for a future Scuola class. A transaction fee in the amount of $3.00 will be deducted for each registration that is cancelled. We do not issue refunds or credits less than 1 week prior to the class date. Rescheduling a class entails a cancellation; therefore, a transaction fee will still be charged. If cancelling after-hours, please document the request with a voice message or email with a time stamp. Registrants may transfer their attendance to another person. Eataly gift cards and class credit may be redeemed by calling or emailing our offices. Gift card purchases can only be refunded as class credit. Eataly reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, all participants will be notified and offered a full refund.
