100% Italian Wheat Vesuvio by Eataly: a truly unique pasta format, created to enhance all the seasonings and offer an explosion of flavour!

This special format was created to pay tribute to a symbol of the Campania area and is made from a "simple" pasta of Italian durum wheat semolina and water. The bronze drawing and slow drying at a low temperature also allow you to obtain a superior quality product, with excellent ability to hold its shape when cooked and strong porosity to retain the seasoning.

Try them with tomato, mushrooms and bacon for a classic woodsman sauce or with escarole and anchovies to stay in Campania territory.
