Barbero's Asti Nougat is crumbly, exquisite and made in accordance with artisanal practices using hand-selected Piedmont IGP hazelnuts based on a recipe that dates back to 1883. Importantly, this nougat contains no food gelatin and is still made using egg white in accordance with Barbero's traditional method.
