With their attractive gold colouring and distinctive fragrance, genuine pasta di meliga biscuits are made from a few simple ingredients: fresh eggs, premium quality butter, local stone ground flours.

Serve as an after-dinner dessert with coffee, a Barolo Chinato or an indulgent zabaglione cream.
