Cous Cous

Altromercato offers its cous cous from Palestine: semolina processed into grains, with the high quality that comes from fully artisan preparation.

This cous cous, due to the presence of bulgur and whole grain, has a darker colour and a delicate flavour that is characteristic of semolina. The grains are larger and once cooked, they are soft yet consistent.

Perfect for making a traditional cous cous, they can also be used instead of rice to make salads or filled baked vegetables.
