Pariani hazelnut oil is obtained by cold pressing Piedmont hazelnuts IGP: an oil that is lost in Langhe traditions. The production, very costly with little oil produced, was almost totally abandoned but Pariani has discovered new methods. The cold pressing permits the conservation of all the organoleptic characteristics and benefits of the fruit.
Hazelnut oil is extremely versatile and allows for experimentation in the kitchen: try it with vegetables, velvety winter sauces or as an unusual ingredient in mayonnaise.
