Paste di meliga, a scrumptious Slow Food presidium, are the traditional biscuits of the Cuneo valleys district, made by Egidio Michelis using strictly artisanal techniques. These biscuits have a distinctive fragrant and a deliciously sweet and delicate flavour. The ingredients are simple and highly selected: fresh eggs, premium quality butter, and locally sourcedstone ground flour. The biscuits are made without the use of artificial flavouring.
