The Panettone by Eataly is a panettone whose goodness is guaranteed by a few, simple but fundamental elements: the care and attention in the choice of the highest quality ingredients and an entirely manual processing method. Soft, fluffy and very tasty, it is a panettone without raisins but rich in candied oranges, lemons and mandarins. All this is enhanced by an irresistible coating of icing and almonds.
