With around 200 square meters dedicated to the best of Italian food and hospitality, this new location brings a carefully curated taste of Italy to international travelers. Whether you're just arriving, waiting for your flight, or passing through, Eataly Schiphol offers an authentic culinary experience right inside the airport. 

The store features a retail area with a selection of high-quality Italian products, including our Eataly branded products. The grab & go fridge makes it easy to pick up a quick, delicious bite on the move. 

Whether you're starting your day or waiting for your flight, Eataly Schiphol offers a true taste of Italy. Begin with a rich Lavazza espresso or a creamy cappuccino paired with fresh pastries. For a savory break, try our fragrant Pizza alla Pala or the Spaccata — a soft, filled focaccia. And if have more spare time to relax, enjoy an Italian-style aperitivo platter with a selection of cheeses, cured meats, and traditional specialties.
