Once again this year, Eataly renews its commitment alongside the World Food Programme Italy Foundation - ETS. For every Christmas package sold, we donate 1 euro to support the World Food Programme’s School Feeding Programme, which guarantees access to education, health, and nutrition by providing nutritious meals to girls and boys in schools within the most vulnerable communities worldwide. The WFP, Nobel Peace Prize laureate in 2020, is the United Nations humanitarian organisation that saves and improves lives worldwide. On average, the WFP reaches 160 million people in over 120 countries and provides food assistance in emergencies caused by conflicts and natural and climate disasters. The WFP also provides logistical services to the entire humanitarian community. Every day, 5,000 WFP trucks, 20 ships, and 80 planes travel to deliver life-saving food and other types of assistance to those who need it most. The WFP is 100% funded by voluntary contributions and does not promote any product or service.
