San Giuliano unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a selection of good quality olives harvested directly from the trees.
The olives, harvested at just the right point of maturity, are cold pressed within a few hours of harvesting to maintain the aroma, the vitamin content and precious antioxidants present in the oil intact.
The full-bodied but mild flavour makes it suitable for use on all types of food, preferably uncooked, to get the best of its aroma as well as all its beneficial properties.
