Colomba Classica

Flamigni's  Colomba Classica is based on a recipe inspired by the past and on artisan workmanship, in keeping with the style of this ancient Romagna confectionery.

The Colomba Classica in particular recalls the constant search for taste and quality, starting with: mother yeast, egg yolks from free-range Italian hens and French centrifuge butter. Candied Navel oranges and sultanas enrich the soft, fragrant dough, typical of natural leavening. A crunchy coating of granulated sugar, hazelnut icing and whole almonds complete this incredible Easter cake.
