The Tartuflanghe cream is made with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and truffle.

Intense and fragrant, it is made with high quality ingredients that are processed delicately in order to keep their aromas intact.

Ideal for dressing risotto or short pasta, gnocchi, ravioli and tortelli. It can be used as a cream for canapés, for filling crepes and vol au vent or as a base for original recipes. Heated and spread on crispbread, it is also a fantastic idea for an elegant aperitif.
