Join us for a hands-on cooking class and learn how to make one of its most iconic dishes: tagliatelle.

With the expert guidance of local sfoglina Elena Spisni, known online as "bastachesiapasta", you’ll master every step: kneading the dough by hand, rolling it with a traditional mattarello and cutting your own perfect tagliatelle.
